Use and limits

A nominal 100 g check weight for a basic reference check. It is supplied without a calibration certificate and should not be treated as a certified calibration service.

Readability is the displayed increment, not a certified accuracy tolerance. Include the container mass when checking maximum load; these are kitchen tools, not trade-certified instruments.
